Agreement

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of ZapSight websites, applications, AI agents, analytics, dashboards, workflows, and integrations. By using ZapSight, you agree to these Terms. If you use ZapSight for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization.

The service

ZapSight provides software for connecting business data, asking questions, generating analysis, building dashboards, running workflows, and communicating through supported services. Features may change, be limited, or be retired as the service develops. Any order form, subscription, or written agreement for your organization also applies and controls if it conflicts with these Terms.

Accounts and organizations

• You must provide accurate account information and protect your authentication credentials and sessions.
• Organization administrators control membership, roles, permissions, connectors, integrations, and organization data.
• You may use ZapSight only for lawful business purposes and only with data and systems you are authorized to access.

Your content and connected services

You retain ownership of the content and data you submit or connect, subject to the rights needed for ZapSight and its providers to operate the service. You grant ZapSight a limited, non-exclusive right to host, copy, transmit, process, and display that content only as necessary to provide, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the service. You are responsible for permissions, notices, consents, credentials, and instructions associated with customer data and connected services.

AI outputs and decisions

AI-generated answers, summaries, code, recommendations, dashboards, and other outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or out of date. They are provided as decision-support material, not professional, legal, medical, financial, safety, or compliance advice. You must independently review outputs before relying on them or taking action, especially where people, money, security, or regulated decisions are involved.

Acceptable use

• Do not use ZapSight to violate law, privacy rights, intellectual-property rights, or the terms of a connected service.
• Do not upload malware, unlawful content, or data you do not have permission to process.
• Do not probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, resell, or bypass security or access controls, or use the service to build a competing service from protected materials.
• Do not use outputs or integrations to make high-impact decisions without appropriate human review and safeguards.

Third-party services

ZapSight can connect to third-party services such as databases, Slack, Microsoft Teams, email providers, AI providers, sandbox providers, and remote tools. Those services are governed by their own terms and policies. ZapSight is not responsible for third-party availability, changes, permissions, content, or security, although we will use reasonable application controls for integrations initiated through ZapSight.

Suspension and termination

We may suspend or limit access if necessary to protect the service, investigate abuse, respond to a security issue, comply with law, or address a material breach. You may stop using ZapSight at any time. After termination, access to content may end and deletion will follow the Privacy Policy, applicable agreement, and operational backup or legal requirements.

Disclaimers and liability

ZapSight is provided on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZapSight disclaims implied warranties and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that outputs will be accurate or suitable for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZapSight will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive losses, or for loss of profits, data, or business opportunity arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes and contact

These Terms take effect July 22, 2026. We may update them as the service or law changes; continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Questions, notices, and requests can be sent to team@zapsight.com.
